Your role:

Project delivery & management:
Partner with senior engineers and the entire renaissance team to drive projects to be their best. Immerse yourself in technical deliverables and play an active role in fostering relationships, understanding project finances, and programme management.
Commercial focus:
Delve into the commercial side of projects, understanding the essence of successful project delivery from both an efficiency and financial standpoint, all while being mentored by our seasoned senior team.
Customer focus:
Be the bridge between renaissance and our partners. Develop and maintain robust relationships with the broader design and client teams, ensuring we remain their first choice for future projects.
