It’s been a busy first three months of the year for renaissance engineers. We’ve now moved and settled into our new office at Tribeca House having outgrown our base at Carvers Warehouse.
The new office offers 50% more space than our previous one and will give our team much-needed room to grow. We’re excited to continue our journey of delivering considered engineering and growing our project portfolio from our new home.
Promotions for our people
Alongside the big move, we’ve made several key promotions across the business.
- Patrick Clayton and Andy Isherwood have both been promoted to Associate Directors, recognising their strong engineering work on some of renaissance’s key projects and their leadership positions within our diverse team of professionals
- Laura Morgan and Jane Gilsenan have been promoted to Commercial Manager and Project and Systems Manager respectively. These promotions reflect the amazing work these two do behind the scenes to enable renaissance to deliver the great engineering work it’s known for.
Helen Gribbon, Director, said: “The dynamic projects we’ve had the pleasure of being involved with reflects the development profile of the local market across the UK.
“Manchester is a particularly busy hub of activity and we’re truly proud to have consulted on a number of landmark and extremely complicated schemes across the city region, including St Michael’s and Viadux.
“With plenty of room to grow, including housing our newly-promoted colleagues, our new space will better serve our current and future needs.
“We are excited about our next steps and look forward to welcoming our clients and co-collaborators to our new home.”
