Upper Trinity Street, Birmingham, a mixed use residential focused development in the heart of Digbeth has obtained planning permission by Birmingham City Council. Renaissance are delighted to be providing civil and structural engineering services for this fantastic project for our client, Cole Waterhouse and in collaboration with an amazing design team, with Corstorphine + Wright as lead designer.
And we’re excited to be moving on to the next stages of design with the team.
This unique project offers a quality residential offering with commercial space and a number of central key assets including parks, ‘yards’ and public squares.
