Work’s progressing well at the Dock & Pulpit site in Salford

This considered design by Project 3 Architects makes full use of the former pub site which is being redeveloped with five new apartments.

The temporary works to the retained basement have been installed and groundworks are progressing well with localised underpinning currently being installed. Renaissance have designed the permanent structural works as well as the temporary works installation.
